Obsessed with Qualia NAD+!
I've been taking Qualia NAD+ for over a year now and not only do I have more energy on a daily basis but I have not gotten sick in over a year and the only thing that shifted consistently in my routine was adding NAD+ as part of my morning ritual.
Quality Product - Creatine
My kids take creatine and I did a lot of research and was concerned after other individuals tell me they have sleepless nights and extra thirst. This helped me sleep, and improved brain fog. I'm still early in my creatine journey but will continue to use this as part of my daily health journey.

Powerful tool for personal growth
I was a fan of Qualia Mind several years ago and after having tried Qualia Mind Caffeine Free after their reformulation for a month, then a month without, I can say fairly confidently that this is an improved product and a genuinely powerful tool to use in your arsenal for personal growth. It's not immediately obvious, but my ability to wrap my head around a given day was better. Felt more "intentional" in what I was doing, no matter what it was or whether it was important to hitting life goals or not. It's not always clear what is helping you get where you want vs. pushing you further away. This product works some bit of magic in that area. I found myself less easily exacerbated by issues/roadblocks thrown at me, more willing to drudge through tasks that simply need attention instead of neglect, more mentally and emotionally resilient, calculated, etc. Taking this every day felt like some positive kind of "mental restructuring". Helps put you in an engaged mindset with heightened general perspective. Open to challenge what and why you do what you do; no matter what it is, or for how long, or often.

I'm very pleased with this product because it contains all the necessary forms of Mg I need, unlike other company formulas. I was referred to this product by Thomas DeLauer, a YouTube health and wellness influencer I follow. I have been happy with all his recommendations and this product.

Bought joint health, too soon to tell if it's working. I've used other products from Qualia that I've really liked.

I like to think that taking the NAD+ is giving me more energy! I’m not totally sure because I’m already healthy but I’ve always taken things preventatively. I just started taking it so I’ll let you know!

Dave Asprey was right. Qualia creatine is the highest quality I have seen. Dissolves quickly and it’s effects are noticeable.
