I've been taking a high quality magnesium supplement for a while, and I don't doubt that on some level it has been beneficial, it only contained one type of magnesium, so I have still been deficient in so many other types of magnesium. Support for sleep, not forced sleep
I like that this product offers nutritional support for better sleep, rather than ingredients that are supposed to “force” you to fall asleep. I don’t like feeling drugged when I wake up in the middle of the night, or even the next morning, which often happens with other sleep aids. This product ensures I have the proper nutrients for my body and mind to rest and recover, without shutting down the natural processes that need to be up and running while I sleep, e.g. cellular repair, etc.

I’m excited to take this journey
I have been taking this for about 6 months now. I’ve noticed my lower back rarely back pain and tightness is 90% better. I also think it’s helping with my perimenopause symptoms. Just ordered the stem cells and NAD and excited to see how these products will add to my wellness.
