Finally getting inflammation under control
Sports was a large part of growing up (college-level gymnast), and my joints are paying the price years later. Now I don't know which of these ingredients is "making it happen", maybe it's how they work as a symphony in concert all together; but I'm telling you, this works and quickly. It feels like the fire department has arrived and is providing immediate relief to my joints that were previously burning up. I'm grateful, thanks.
Worked better for me than other brands!
I’ve tried creatine before and always had issues with gastric distress. Qualia’s brand does not give me those issues. I take 2x the amount to get the brain benefits of creatine and have learned to take it with something in my stomach and spread it throughout the day. I’m so glad to have found a well-researched product that is gentler on my system so I can get the benefits!
I was skeptical, now I am not.
I started, stopped, started, stopped... Then I realized I was tired a-lot more than I expected. I researched this, even found something for 1/3 the price (which was crazy cheap) at a local, respected healthy market. It was chalky, didn't dissolve, had a bad taste. I came back. This is worth it, and people who take Creatine should go to YouTube to learn about it. I'm back.

Creatine monohydrate
I first heard of this from Dave Asprey and he really broke this product down comparing to other products which made this one really stand out. And being my first order, it was half off. So far, no taste, works perfect in coffee, and already feeling a good pump and awareness when I take it after a workout
