Trying Creatine for the first time.
I had heard about creatine as a muscle building supplement for years. Only recently have I noticed a preponderance of evidence regarding its' cognitive and brain related benefits. I've been training with weights since I was 13 years old and am now 73, so keeping my brain in shape is now as much of a priority as maintaining my muscle mass and physical strength at this juncture. I use other Qualia Life products as well, so it was a no brainer when I found that they developed a creatine product.
