The day feels easier
From the second day of Qualia Mind, everything seemed easier. And at the end of day, I realized I had gotten a lot more done with a lot less “effort.” I feel sharper and more focused in a relaxed way. In fact, my brain didn’t feel this good in my 20s!

I did notice a boost in energy. And no crash. I did take it twice in half each time. So I’m sure it would’ve been even more energy in one sitting. I should’ve taken the whole thing.

Powerful product for energy and focus, but so powerful it seemed to affect my sleep that night
Within an hour or two of taking it I felt a little nauseous and also wired. i almost felt like i was buzzing. It felt very strong to me. However, I didn't get jittery like I have with coffee (I do not drink coffee for this reason, but I do drink 2 cups of black tea/day instead.). I had really good focus and motivation. I felt like it lasted ALL day and I admit I was worried about being able to go to sleep that night. It was hard to fall asleep- my Oura ring showed Latency at 39 min - the highest i've ever had, and a very low sleep score of 71(my average is 83). I also took a melatonin sleep formula before bed. I would only take 1/2 a dose earlier in the day if I took it again.
