You can definitely feel a difference. I did a test and did not take Qualia Life for a month and then went back to take Qualia Life. You immediately feel a difference.

Feeling less stiff and more active
A bit unsure on the actual dosing regimen, but easy to use and feeling less stiff, especially with a long time knee injury. Will continue along with intermittent fasting in hopes of continuing to keep up with my youngest adult son who is disabled and needs an active mom to keep up.

Two days a month to get rid of my Zombie Cells? Yes please. I didn’t “feel” much different when I took this product. Maybe a little less discomfort, but if it gets rid of the senescent cells that are no longer serving me, it’s still worth it.

Best nootropic
This is the only nootropic I have actually felt. Other brands just feel like a bunch of caffeine.It really helps me focus and get work done without feeling “high” on caffeine.
