I just received my first shipment of Creatine+ and didn't expect much from the first serving. Most supplements take weeks (if not a month or more) to notice any changes. However, after completing the first serving, I noticed a marked change in energy and focus that lasted several hours (even after a full day of work). I am on day 2 and just mixing a scoopful into my water. Looking forward to big things.
Qualia Night Regimen
The Qualia Night has become an important part of my regimen. I've found I'm sleeping better and I love that it is something you take earlier in the night vs. a right before bed sleep aid.
