I took Focus prior, and I think I liked it more because of the caffeine. This was similar in its effects except for the energy (though focus did have 100 mg of caffeine). Both had the effect that I had initially had with focus that I did not expect. It turned off the multiple inner monologue in my head! I didn't realize how self-critical I was and this allowed me to tune out those voices. I can't go back. I'm more confident and don't care as much about what people think of me. Truly life-changing.

First time’s a charm
I was feeling sluggish and a bunch of joint issues for a while lately and was looking for a clean up and reboot. When I received Qualia Senolytic I took that night to get started. Figuring the body does its detox at night I thought this would be perfect. I am one that can usually notice the effects of a product within 30-60m of taking it and well, I was full of energy and could not sleep! (My bad for taking it at night.) Despite wishing I could stay in bed this morning I am already fully awake and ready to take on the day while writing this so I’m excited to continue. I do few this will be an excellent anti aging supplement for the monthly clean up and looking forward to seeing results over time!

I have been taking nootropics for years and nothing comes close to Qualia Focus. This was my first time taking Qualia and I wanted to see if it was legit, so I decided to get the Focus version, which in my case, I'm glad I did. After taking my first serving, which I decided to break in half (1pill), I immediately felt the effects. I felt my mind go into to focus but is trying to understand the process. I am sure overtime as I take it more, the process will subside and find a healthy balance. I will most likely keep buying from Qualia.

Night is amazing
I've noticed since I've started taking Qualia Night that I've increased both my Deep Sleep as well as my REM Sleep. This was something that was beginning to worry my as I aged, since my numbers were decreasing. After reading the book Why We Sleep, I became more aware of the importance of these two types of Sleep on the renewal process for your body. Hence, I've been looking for a product that improves those two types of Sleep.
