Deep sleep
I felt like I was able to fall asleep well. Once asleep I had more vivid dream than usual. A few times I was woken up only a few hours after falling asleep by our baby. It felt like I had been asleep for most the night even though it was not very long. I felt like I was able to get into a deep sleep very fast and stay there. In general I felt rested after waking.

Morning Aches- Gone!

Good supplements for sleep
I have Oura ring and measure my sleep scores. I noticed difference in my sleep scores after taking Qualia Night. I also feel more refreshed in the morning, my cognitive performance is also really good

Blowing my mind

Another Step Upwards
Qualia Mind 2.0 Caffeine free is a definite step up from the original formulation. I get a solid 10 hours of calm focused energy and motivation that makes it easy to lock-in and crank out whatever I'm needing to tackle, whether that be in the office, at home, writing articles, or working out. The caffeine free version is my preferred version as I love coffee and enjoy getting my caffeine there instead. Two huge thumbs up on version 2.0!
