so far so good
I have only been using for about one week, but so far I love it. I definitely have more energy, but it's very subtle, nothing like coffee. I've been getting so much done! I've also noticed that my mood has been very positive, which is an added bonus! I was worried that it would affect my sleep, but I've been sleeping great...so far so good! Overall, I am excited about this. I hope it continues. I am a 58 year old gal, 5'4', 116lbs and I take 3 pills.

Better than expected—by far
I’ve used a more common magnesium product in the past, never consistently. In retrospect, after taking this product for two weeks, any benefits I thought I noticed with that other product were likely psychologically a placebo effect. This product blew my mind. Much deeper sleep. But not like a sleep aide in the traditional sense. A significantly easier time falling cal asleep too. No grogginess. I also feel like my bathroom experiences were better. One unexpected benefit: I feel like my body recovered better and faster overall after workouts.

I take it every day by opening the capsules and putting in my smoothie. Recently I moved both home and business and it was a huge job, taking a few weeks. Feeling the New Me
I've done my due diligence when it comes to researching NAD and the different pathways to take to support my own NAD levels. I do not have the funds to receive an NAD infusion and from what I've read and learned from podcasts, NAD+ is a great means to increase my NAD levels within one month. I am only 1 week in and I can already tell I have more energy and feel like I sleep better. I am interested to see what I am like after a full month on this product. I've been taking other qualia products for a time and like those, I expect my health to improve the longer I take the product. I am sure the same will be said for NAD+. Efficiency in a bottle
