I absolutely loved this product. It helps me maintain my focus and it aids me in sleep.
Great
Since I started taking this, I felt the difference progressively, better energy, more focus, less brain fog. Usually I was mentally fatigued on the afternoons which forced to take multiple breaks to recover, now this sensation ran away and I can perform at top throughout the day.
Effective after almost 8 years
I found Qualia in 2019 while I was researching ways to heal from a stroke. It brought back connections within my mind and body that nothing else could do. I still use it today and notice it effectiveness on a daily basis. I take breaks of a few months every year to give myself time to reset, I find it is growing with me. As I get better, it helps me in different ways now.

First Time Trying Creatine and I am very impressed
I had never considered taking creatine before but when Qualia released theirs, and I read more about the potential cognitive benefits, I became quite curious and tried it out. Along with Qualia mind, I do feel a definite sense of calm, clarity, and focus which is much appreciated and the primary reason for my experiment. However, as an avid yogi, in particular heated powerful flow, I am enjoying the performance benefits much more than I ever accounted for....I definitely see an increase in stamina and recovery....as well as more lean tone in my muscles. I have had a regular practice for years now and am quite aware of my body and its functionality....so it is quite enjoyable to see a distinct improvement as someone who really enjoys feeling strong and balanced in my physical practice.

This stuff is incredible! I have been taking it for about 9 months now and have noticed a huge difference in my mental sharpness. The first few months I would notice a big spike in my clarity and ability to problem solve on the days I took the vitamins. as the months went on, I noticed that feeling lasting longer and longer and now I feel that way all the time!

Lives up to the hype
I am just about finished with my first bottle of Quaila Joint Health. I have been taking various forms of Tumeric for years and it really does make a difference. I have mild arthritis in my fingers and stiffness in my knees and hips. This product is on a different level. I have much more flexibility everywhere and although I was not in pain (because I take turmeric) the difference in how I feel is palpable. I cannot wait to see how I feel 6 months from now. Highly recommend trying this product!

Qualia Senolytic
I feel my best taking Qualia Senolytic. I started taking it last September then stopped. That is when I noticed I wasn't recovering as well after my workouts so I resumed taking the Senolytic and I feel good again. I recommend taking the Senolytic as it works for me.
