Just getting started
So it’s a bit early to give a definitive answer as I took the initial two day course a week ago. First, no negative side effects such as GI discomfort or aftertaste. Second, while it could be a placebo effect, I notice a slight improvement in mental acuity as well as improved recovery after my daily workout routine. My sleep has been a bit more broken but this could be totally unrelated to the supplement and secondary to any number of other life related impacts. I am looking forward to seeing increased benefit after at least a three month trial. More to come!
Easy dosing schedule
I really like the dosing schedule of 6 capsules for 2 days each once a month. I feel great after taking them and taking care of my aging body.

Fabulous!!! I love Qualia night. This product works beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who is having trouble going to sleep because they can not turn off their mind, and if they wake up during the night and can not get back to sleep. You will not regret your purchase. This is not a sleeping pill. I am completely alert when I need to be if I am awakened at night by a phone call (which happens often) but I can fall right back asleep after the call. Otherwise, I can sleep through the night and I am completely refreshed because I am sleeping much deeper than when I am off it for the 2 days. I truly miss it when I am off the product for the 2 days a week. I cannot express to you how well this product works. I also love that this company is transparent about all the ingredients. I know what I am taking and how it will help me. Great product!!

This arrived so quickly I think it was the next day! I am happy to see this formula includes a form of magnesium different from what's included in what I already take. I'm not convinced trans-resveratrol does much of anything but the other (non-essential) ingredients intrigue me and I'm looking forward to any noticeable results.

After taking this, I noticed I finally was shedding some of the extra weight I'd gained this year and nothing else has worked. I love the science behind this product
I have wanted to try this product for a while and finally purchased it. I started taking the Qualia Senolytic yesterday. I took three pills after breakfast and three pills after a late lunch and did not have any stomach upset. Although it is too early to see the long-term effects, I did have sustained energy all day long and slept very well.
