Wow
I was afraid of taking them because I was afraid I would have an allergic reaction. Thank God I didn’t have an allergic reaction. I took the 6 pills on both days and I was impressed. I noticed I had minimal discomfort on my knees when going up the stairs (since it seemed getting worse by the day). Also, the other day I think I hurt my elbow when I was doing skull crushers, to the point that my elbow bone would hurt if I touched it. Though I still feel a bit of discomfort if I try skull crushers, my bone is definitely not hurting anymore. I will continue to take them on a monthly basis. Hopefully I my joints will continue to improve. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great product
The only thing that I am a little frustrated with is that instructions are really vague. I do not understand how much to take. When I watch the video on that you guys send out it talks about taking it two days a month. But there’s no dosage on the package it acts like I’m supposed to take the whole box in one day. I wish the instructions and quantity that I should be taking was clear and simple.

I do have to take this in the morning. If taken at night it gives me over vivid dreams. Plus, I can only take one. Even taking it in the morning two are too many.
Working well
I was a bit worried to use since I have IBS and wasn't sure if the fiber would cause problems. The first two weeks were a little rough, it gave me diarrhea! Determined to give it a month, that cleared up and actually helped with my bowel movements! Hurray!
