It’s great!
I started taking these at a pretty low point - lack of sleep, feeling depressed (the lowest I had ever felt). Fast forward just a few months and I’m sleeping better and feeling like my old self. I’ve been using Qualia NAD+ and noticed better energy and focus, especially in the afternoons. The capsules are easy to take, but it’s a bit pricey. Curious to see if the benefits last!
