Love the way i speak spanish
on the qualia night i notice my spanish is a lot better, not just speaking and recalling without the effort, but also i can understand it better and with faster spanish. I live outside the country and have been learning and my retention and recall is so much better taking this. It was a pretty stark difference. Of course i notice the difference in my work and especailly tedious tasks, but the spanish thing really blew me away.

First impression…
I ordered the best seller bundle (Mind, Senolytic and NAD+), and it arrived quickly (ordered Sunday, arrived Wednesday). Being eager to get started, I read many reviews and chose to start taking the NAD+ and Mind on Thursday morning when I woke up. I read that a few folks had trouble sleeping and had to take less of the Mind supplement at first, so I elected to only take 2 on day 1, but did not find any reason to take fewer of the NAD+, so I took 2 as directed. I am now on day 3 of taking these supplements (haven’t taken the senolytic yet-more to come) and when I look at my Oura ring stats, the past 2 nights I have slept better than I’ve been sleeping in YEARS! Not only do I feel more restored, but my REM and deep sleep is well over an hour, which has seemed unachievable for so long. I am very excited to see how this affects me in the longer term, but so happy to have finally been able to get restorative sleep!
