First Try
I've been taking creatine for about 3 years. I'm anxious to see the "extended" benefits of taking Qualia's creatine. I also purchased one for my father to help his "brain aging". I'll report back after he's taken this product for a few weeks.

Energy Galore!
I didn't know what to expect with NAD+. I purchased it after listening to one of the researchers speaking on the Mindvalley Platform. After a full month of use, I can say definitively that I notice the difference. I have not used a supplement in the past that made such a difference in my energy levels and even mood. I am grateful that I tried it and am now a customer for life!

Qualia supplements
To be honest I take a number of different supplements so it is hard to discern a particular effect. But, I’m impressed either way Qualia’s dedication to a scientific methodology of creating high quality products targeted at objectives that I find to be critically important due to genetic risk for Alzheimer’s and have been interested in exploring. I have been using Mind, Senolytic, NAD+ and am about to try the Stem Cell

Clean and easy
I have used many brands/types of creatine and this is my favorite. I experienced ZERO gastrointestinal issues, as opposed to other brands. The powder is super fine and dissolves immediately and thoroughly. It does not taste bitter or gritty at all. It is so fine, that it can be a little messy when scooping, but that is well worth it for the quality.
NAD+
Just started using NAD+ and I do feel better. I've had joint pain issues my whole and I am noticing that most of the pain or aches joint wise have disappeared which is allowing me to work out more consistently.

I have to say, I personally love all of Qualia Life products but the Mitochondria+ definitely delivers as described and is something I look forward to taking each morning. Im excited to see the continued benefits as Im only 3 days in. I purchased a buy one get one free after one day/ one dose. I don't knkw that I will be able to sustain the cost but will continue as long as I can. Thank you for your top notch products.

details I’ve been taking this consistently for over a year now, and it’s made a noticeable difference for me. I feel better overall, and it’s become part of my regular routine. I know supplements aren’t one-size-fits-all and everyone responds differently, but in my case it’s worked well and delivered the benefits I was hoping for.
Not sure of the results
I'm not completely sure that this product is the reason, but I saw a reduction in inflammation and headaches after four months of use. I then stopped taking this product and the symptoms seem to be slowly returning, which is why I am trying it again.
