Very restful sleep

Was easy to use. mixes in well. no side effects

It gives me more energy and makes me feel more alert. On days I’m not sleeping enough it helps me get through the day easier

I love this product!! I had more energy than normal and I have way more muscle mass now (it was deteriorating because of Periomenopause) but it's now back to pre-pause!! Thank you so much Qualia!!!

Other creatine products I’ve used don’t dissolve well. This product was so light a fluffy that it dissolved instantly.

This supplement is legit. On my 2nd bottle. So far overall energy, focus, and mental clarity are definitely up.

I have taken magnesium before, but nothing of this quality. The previous magnesium I was taking felt like I was taking anesthesia before bed. I typically woke up several times to urinate, so feeling so tired at bedtime made me feel woozy in the middle of the night. Fast forward to Qualia Life Magnesium! I LOVE IT! The bottle suggests taking two capsules daily, so that's how I started taking it. I began to feel that super sleepy feeling again, and got worried, so I looked up the RDA for women, and it's 320mg. 350 is just a bit too much for me, personally. So I only take 1 capsule and I sleep for SEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT every night!! I also see a change in how truly relaxed I feel, not anxious, not tense, not stressed. Just a normal human body ready to fall peacefully asleep. I also notice, and am super grateful for, the improvements in my digestion. It's so much easier to go! In fact, it's helping me go more! I am truly grateful for this product, and for all that I am learning from Deepak Chopra. Love and light to you all, my friends.

Im about to turn 50 and my body was missing something with my workouts. I have tried creatine supplements, but I always felt like I was getting too bulky on them. This seems to give me the right amount of nutrients to keep me going with sufficient energy while tightening my body and and looking lean but not bulky.

I am already feeling clearer in my mind and focus. I am 72 and play word games alot. I dont have as many senior moments and can relax and feel energetic longer.
