Trying Creatine for the first time.
I had heard about creatine as a muscle building supplement for years. Only recently have I noticed a preponderance of evidence regarding its' cognitive and brain related benefits. I've been training with weights since I was 13 years old and am now 73, so keeping my brain in shape is now as much of a priority as maintaining my muscle mass and physical strength at this juncture. I use other Qualia Life products as well, so it was a no brainer when I found that they developed a creatine product. I knew I could trust the purity and leading edge research regarding all their biohacking products. I'm looking forward to sharing my journey using Qualia Life Creatine over the next several months.

I’ve used some other products and was happy so when I decided to add creatine I ordered from a company I trust. It arrived quickly and it adds a bit of creaminess to my coffee. I haven’t used it long enough to see or feel results.

This magnesium is the best on the market! Magnesium being vital to every cell in the body every cell it makes up you and me having a superior product like this is a blessing. The bioavailability of this product is the best I have found. In times where your standard diet doesn't necessarily always bring in a full spectrum of vitamins and nutrients in addition to a lifestyle which doesn't always promote the healthiest choices having a product like this at your fingertips gives you a leg up on the bad actors.

I've been taking a high quality magnesium supplement for a while, and I don't doubt that on some level it has been beneficial, it only contained one type of magnesium, so I have still been deficient in so many other types of magnesium. Support for sleep, not forced sleep
I like that this product offers nutritional support for better sleep, rather than ingredients that are supposed to “force” you to fall asleep. I don’t like feeling drugged when I wake up in the middle of the night, or even the next morning, which often happens with other sleep aids. This product ensures I have the proper nutrients for my body and mind to rest and recover, without shutting down the natural processes that need to be up and running while I sleep, e.g. cellular repair, etc.

I have been taking this for about 6 months now. I’ve noticed my lower back rarely back pain and tightness is 90% better. I also think it’s helping with my perimenopause symptoms. Just ordered the stem cells and NAD and excited to see how these products will add to my wellness.
