Good product, needs some refinement
I have definitely felt an improvement in my brain health in taking this supplement - which coincided with starting a new, highly demanding job! However, I am not able to do as long of an intermittent fast on the days I take the Qualia Mind. Also, it is one of the worst tasting supplements I have ever tried (and so many pills to take each morning!) Any chance the company could add something to the formula to make it taste more appealing? It smells and tastes like a horse barn.

Initially my floaters were not as obvious. Things seemed a little brighter and clearer. They pretty much stayed the same from the 1st 5 doses til after all 15

I had no adverse effects. I felt decent compared to normal but my sleep has been poor in the last week due to finals.
Need more time to see results
I think you need to be on this a few Months. Can’t say I’ve had any major changes, but perhaps my vision up close has gotten clearer and less vague.
Great product for older individuals.
I still stand by my initial statement - I think this product would be more beneficial for older people or individuals who have seeing issues.

Hard to say yet as I didn't notice anything instant. I assume it will take more than 2 weeks to see the improvements. I would love it if they work as claimed!

Just didn’t notice any change, but perhaps this is a product where it’s noticeable long term
Skin boost
I do feel that the product was a health boost to my skin based on the diminished irritation (face) from normal due to this product and that my sports massage therapist noticed a positive difference in skin condition and asked about my diet while working on my body.
So many capsules
The product works okay, but I didn't realize you had to take 7 capsules. I would not have bought this if I had known.
Good but worth it?
I think the product's ingredients were top notch. Unsure that it did anything for my skin, however.
Couldn’t get past the smell
Hard to tell if it made any visible difference in my skin. Had a bit of a fishy smell/taste.

It was good, no adverse affects, and I think I noticed some positive difference in my skin. Not all that into improving my skin, fairly happy with where it was at.

I have not had any negative effects from the product,; however, I'm unsure to what extent I benefitted from it.
