Solid product that lives up to its name.
I took the product first thing in the morning before breakfast, as suggested, and had zero issues with nausea or other issues. I noticed a better ability to focus and stay focused whatever task or project was at hand.

This product was wonderful! It enhanced my mood, I had energy that lasted throughout the day. The 1st day was definitely an adjustment day for me. I felt the effects of the product but my body was not ready to exhibit them just yet. Day 2 and on, I felt amazing!! What I did not like was the amount of pills that needed to be taken at one time, and continually burping throughout the day and tasting the product. Other than that, it is an overall great product!
Moderately effective. I started out taking 3 capsules at a time and have taken up to 5. It seems to work “some” but reminds me a lot of when I take high potency b12.

I already take a lot of supplements so when I took 8 the first day I got very nauseated& didn’t feel well most of the day. I tried 4 a day and actually noticed improvement as noted below inspire of going thru an extremely stressful time the days I was taking the supplements. If people already are taking several high quality supplements & are seniors they may do better with less than the recommended8/day
I just received my bottle of Qualia Focus 3 days ago, and have tried it 3 times. I would like a bit more time before rendering a final assessment, but so far, I have found it to be effective in enhancing focus. I notice a slight stimulation effect, perhaps due to the presence of caffeine, but the cognitive enhancement goes beyond what I normally experience with caffeine. I tried it twice while working ( I am a software developer, which generally requires an ability to focus deeply over extended periods of time. And once, just after a morning aerobic workout and prior to an hour of yoga. I wanted to see if the product might help me keep my mind from wandering during the uyoga. I can't say that I noticed much difference, but would like to try this a few more times, as, from day to day, a number of differenct factors could be at play, such as how well I slept the previous night etc.

It seems a bit less potent than Mind, but also I feel less on edge.
It gives me tons of extra energy and intense focus. Excellent product.
Great product
The 1st week, I've noticed a modest increase in my ability to focus. My energy levels have been good in the morning with a slight dip in the early afternoon. This is most likely due to the caffeine.

I take 5 capsules of Focus first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water. I then meditate for about 40 minutes. Since I started using this product I have noticed that it is much easier to maintain my focus on my breathe while meditating. I also don't need much time to 'wake up' my brain after waking. I notice a much easier transition into my work in the morning. I do not get jittery or feel anxious on this product even when I take it on an empty stomach (sometimes but I drink coffee on an empty stomach I get uneasy). I notice that it doesn't have any noticeable effect on my sleep.

It gives me a feeling of added alertness within 30 minutes of taking the product. Not a buzzy type of high, or anything like that, but more a a controlled alertness.

Overall Solid Product
Genuinely felt better after taking Qualia Life for a few days. I have more consistent energy throughout the day and my sleep quality has improved.
So far I do feel more focused and alert, I’m curious to see the results over the next three weeks.

After my first 5 days I noticed a difference on the first day of taking it. I felt different in a good way and felt more focused and energetic in the morning. .

This product works wonders for focus and overall clarity. The only issue I found was that it did make me a little jittery. If you are sensitive to stimulants it might not be the best for you, but otherwise I definitely recommend for anyone who wants a clean energy!
Great for clarity and focus!
At a little over 12lbs, I found I needed to reduce my dosage from 5 to 3 capsules a day. Also, if you are sensitive to caffeine or metabolize it slowly, avoid taking this too late in the morning as it may disrupt your sleep. Taking 5 capsules first thing in the morning definitely kept my focus high but I also had trouble staying asleep at night. Three capsules worked better for me including taking a two day break after 5 days on.

5 days on Focus. Day 4 began noticing minor differences. Craving for coffee or chocolate after lunch to stayed focused reduced....didn’t start that dragging feeling until late afternoon. Sleeping longer
