Improved mental resilience, attentiveness, and cognition
I felt very sharp on the days I took this product. I've supplemented with L-theanine for a number of years and estimate that a majority of the positive effects that I felt taking this product are attributable to that, particularly the overall sense of well-being and resilience. Effects that I experienced in addition to what I would normally experience with L-theanine included a heightened sense of attentiveness and improved reasoning ability.

I really noticed when I took it I could be much more focused and dialed in. I especially noticed it on 142 mile bike ride and my other long rides close to 100 miles. I could focus and just keep going

I think consumers should understand that this alone won't solve your problems. It can put you on the path to solving your problems of brain fog, distraction, lack of motivation, and memory issues. It definitely does give a little boost but you can't rely on it. while you use it, you should use the clarity and motivation benefits to develop different habits that can improve your brain health

Works well, but I can't tolerate the taste
I really wish I could keep taking this because the effects are wonderful. I have struggled with brain fog and low energy for most of my adult life and Qualia really helped with those symptoms. Unfortunately, there is a taste in the back of my throat all day that I have tried to ignore, but I just can't. It is kind of like garlic or fish. I have a tendency to have this kind of issue with supplements (especially B vitamins), so it may not be a problem for everyone. The aftertaste was more tolerable when I took only 5 capsules, but I also did not get the full effect at the lower dose. I really hope NHC finds a way to modify the formula so people with this issue can still take it. I would still highly recommend Qualia.

It's hard to separate the effects of this product given many other changes in my running this past month - Location (some altitude, more heat), recovering from a slight glute issue, and doing a half ironman 70.3). But I do feel the product most likely helped me toward running improvements.

May have felt a little drowsiness with this product. Felt a little better in my knees. Overall, would try again. Only having to take for 2 consecutive days is nice. It is 6 pills at a time though which is a small downfall.

I only took it for 2 days, but I felt noticeably better on the 2nd day. A longer trial will tell definitively.I appreciate the research that goes into the Qualia products.

Well-researched anti-senolytic compounds in ONE supplement.
SO many well-researched anti-senolytic compounds in ONE supplement. Amazing. I'd love to use this consistently, but it's a little pricey to stay on top of right now. I feel like this is one of those supplements where the benefits occur in the background. Subtle increased feeling of well-being observed, but it's perhaps something you will notice more in the long term. Loved the packaging, etc. Easy to separate doses. I felt some improvement in joint comfort after day 2. Would like to see more research about timing of the senolytics (morning vs night?) and perhaps have more than 2 days included for full-benefit to cost ratio.
Another innovation from Qualia
I am always impressed by the quality ingredients and research that go into Qualia’s innovative products. I will have to give this product more time to work before I can properly assess it, but I’m sure it will be another breakthrough.I like that this is a once a month dosage, and I’m interested in learning how it continues working over time.
Needing more to test
With one dose a slight difference was noticed on how my joints felt The science seems to be sound and the service it would provide could be life changing. It is definitely something I will consider supplementing over time

I noticed I had wider range of motion in areas that had been stiff for years and was able to do much more yard work and manual labor without aches and tenderness the next day.I am very excited to add this to my monthly routine, and looking forward to seeing some long term improvements. So far I am very impressed with the targeted science behind this.
Senolytic Review
I have enjoyed the way Senolytic has really helped with my mobility.The packaging on this was solid, I liked that the ease of getting the pills out and that each day was lined up 6 in a row.

You know you're getting benefits when you get up, move around, go through your daily routine without thinking about it. Only later you realize you didn't have symptoms associated with those activities. As a scientist, I am reluctant to attribute a direct causal relationship to a single anecdotal event or usage of a product but my initial self-assessment of using this product seems promising. As a scientist and functional medicine nutrition and lifestyle counselor, I am a major science nerd with a background in molecular biosciences, neuroscience and biomedical engineering with a passion in nutrition, regenerative medicine and longevity in optimal health. Not to mention a self-indulged biohacker. So, I LOVE THE SCIENCE!!! The packaging was good, professional, clean (as expected). The service has been good.
