Just received 2 bottles this week, I am only on day 3, I am starting out with 2 capsules in the morning because I am caffeine sensitive but I contracted covid in May and I am struggling with energy, brain fog, lack of motivation. Smell damage. I cannot function without caffeine now. I have only taken 3 doses but it gives you energy within 30 min and I do not feel jittery, I feel less frustrated and it is helping me get through the work day. I have a very stressful, detailed, multitasking job as a contracted mortgage processor and this gig is fierce.I will follow up in a couple of weeks on progress.
