Amino acids with some vitamins.
I think is a good product but people should know it’s is really a lot of amino acids which are easily found in health food stores and in my experience are better taken in customized levels based on goals or symptoms. Julia Ross’s books lay it all out and the new one- the craving cure- has the latest research. But I guess it’s good to have a sort of multivitamin approach for people who don’t want to do all that.

Excellent BMs
This certainly helped my digestion, keeping me regular with easy BMs. I really like that it has several fermented ingredients, good starches and fibers, along with digestive enzymes and probiotics. It even has postbiotics, which I had yet to experiment with. It really covers all the bases when it comes to boosting and supporting digestive health. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the taste. It's not bad, but I would prefer a non-flavored option that I can just mix into my morning smoothie instead of having to drink it by itself. Other than that, it's great.

I have had no problems with this product. I am not seeing any type of change.. but I am not having problems to begin with. It might be still too early to tell.. but I believe that if I were not already feeling good this would be affecting me in a positive way.
Feel really good
Feel really good taking it. Feel less bloated. Have seen slight positive change in mood. Doesn’t dissolve well though.
Balancing Gut microbiome
Still to early to notice any effect?? Could just be rebalancing gut microbiome to a healthier state.
Synbiotic
Tastes great, easy to mix and dissolves easily in water and fruit juice. Not sure if it’s due to the synbiotic or not but I’ve had to use the bathroom a couple more times per day than normal with loose stools. I’ll continue with the synbiotic to see if things return to normal.
Less bloating!
After only 1.5 weeks of taking this product, I’ve experienced less bloating. I wish it was flavored! Gut has been feeling go since starting to drink this.
Maybe a Little Less
I think it works, but may need smaller dosing because the stomach rumbles and running to the bathroom are not pleasant.

too good to be true?
I literally just popped a few pillies and my state is no longer normal. It almost feels like a drug from Limitless. Will have to try more and update this review. But so far seems promising

It's Helping So Far!
I feel significantly better after taking this. I took off a star because I don't love caffeine being in everything and this fact wasn't very well advertised when I bought the product through a Facebook ad, but regardless of that I can tell the other ingredients are working very well because my caffeine boosts are never this good just by themselves. I can genuinely focus better, longer, and feel much more engaged and ready to take the day on.
