Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). I feel quite well, but I also felt pretty good before starting with these supplements -- so it's hard to say for sure. And some of the ingredients were already in my regular regimen. Of them all, I am most enthusiastic about the promises of the Senolytic supplementation.

I work out and did move around a lot and then I slept very well and woke up feeling no sore muscles did get tired and that makes me fall asleep fast
Q-nad+
I started off taking 1 pill a day for a week, I just started taking the full dose.My suggestion is please take before 12 pm if you plan to get some sleep by 12 am. Starting to feel more energy.

Hard to remember to take 4 hours before bedtime
Just started taking it today, but so far it has been a bit of boon insofar as my perceived clarity of perception
I'm unable to give detailed feedback yet because I've just started taking it. Time will tell; so to speak.

Made a difference with my back discomfort!
I really enjoyed taking this product. I wasn't quite sure what benefits I was getting while I was taking it however a few days after completing the study, my back and joints felt a lot better!!!!! I still have issues with bending and wont pick up anything heavy-my back has improved!

I didn’t notice a radical difference in my back discomfort and mobility, it was more subtle improvement, but maybe it will have more impact with continued usage.
May be the next best joint formula!
Not sure that 2 weeks is long enough to see a big enough change in discomfort in joints. I think I can feel some benefit.
It lessened my joint discomfort for a while
I took the product for 28 days, two caps per day. For about 15 days, I didn't feel the regular joint discomfort, especially on my fingers. Then the discomfort came back, a little less intense this time. I'll keep taking it because I trust the science behind it.
Improved Flexibility After Total Knee Replacement
Weeks 1-2 I didn’t notice any change. Week 3 It felt like the scar tissue that had built up after my TKR 18 months ago was breaking up. I had more ease of movement and although I generally sleep very well, I noticed more restful sleep and feeling more rejuvenated. This is a potentially great product - another few weeks would have solidified that fact. IMPORTANT: 2 days after I stopped taking Joint Formula the stiffness returned. NOTE: I also take other Qualia supplements, Mitopure, and wear an Apollo NEURO. I am 73 years age and work full time as Executive Assistant to a senior executive VP of a Fortune 100 retailer.
Focus
This is my first month trying the products. I can tell an immediate difference when I take the Focus. I think I just need some more time to review the rest so far so good. I am impressed. Usually, nothing works as it says it does for me, ie supplements, coffee, sugar, anything that says “energy” has no effect.

Review for Night and Senolytic as well as marketing text and emails
I struggle with staying asleep. I'd be hardpressed to say how many things I've tried. Their night supplement works. I only took two a night and it was noticeable on night 1. I have taken the senolytic this week for the first time....two days of dosing. I will report back since it looks like these take a while and at least two or three months of the protocol before it is effective. I want to purchase more of the night...that being said I would love incentives for repeat customers. The subscribe and save is only for the first month of subscribing and there are many many emails and texts sent with discounts....none apply to someone who has already ordered their product. I don't want to miss a discount if there is one for returning customers but damn....multiple emails and texts a day is excessive.
Zombie Cells
It is probably too early to really tell whether the two day program works. The ingredient list seems on point, and QUALIA seems to use top notch ingredients. That said, I have most of these ingredients already, and one can easily buy them in bulk for a fraction of the cost. I will do another round of this as recommended, and perhaps a week or two after that, I will have something to report. Due to the small amount of product and the relatively high cost (esp. if you take away any 1st time discounts etc.), I can't give a 5 star. I have tried a few other products and I would say that some of them give more bang for the buck IMHO.

I had no issues with taking the product, I did not notice profound effects but did see some subtle improvements.
No waiting
I felt an improved mind set after a few days of taking this product. I didn't procrastinate if I needed to do something. I went right to the task and completed it without delay.
