So far so good
I am enjoying this product and the fact that it has not taste or clumping. I’ve been using since January. Still waiting to see any changes.

I've only been taking this product for a week. On the first day, I experienced super clear head and I was very organized and effective at work, but I am still keeping a keen eye on how it effects me overall.
Oualia Creatine+
I have used other creatine products (gummies specifically) and have always had gut issues from other brands of creatine. With Creatine+ I have no gut issues, no bloating/gas and it dissolves fast without any awful taste. I have seen increase in muscle growth and energy levels.
Great product
While I love the effects I’ve felt, I feel like the packaging is over the top. Maybe spend a little less on packaging and use those savings to reduce the price of the product.

Like it. No weird taste and feel a difference
Love it. No weird taste, mixes clean, and it works — I take 10g daily (two scoops). Only minor gripe is that doubling up the scoops can get a little messy, but that’s it. Would buy again.
No Idea
I just opened it and took my first dose. So I have no idea other than I didn't taste it at all.

Great Magnesium
I've tried lots of different magnesium supplements over the years and this one is awesome. I don't have as many heart palpitations as I used to and sleep better as well. Feel more energetic in the mornings now too.
Great Product
A multi-form magnesium that actually delivers on better sleep and relaxation. Noticeably more effective than your average magnesium pill.
So far so good
Well, I have not seen any negative aspects at this point, though I have only been using the product for about a week. It does seem to dissolve easily in my coffee, though I am finding that it does alter the texture or flavor a tiny bit, so I have been drinking it in water instead. Time will tell in regard to benefits.

Creatine is a wonderful product and I'm very happy with this product so far. It's still new to me but I'm creatine is a must for me.
Qualia Mind works
After two weeks of using as prescribed, I did feel more energetic and focused. I would keep the subscription but feel it is too expensive for my budget. Also, it would be nice to have a 30 day regime rather than just 22 or 33 days to take into account weekend usage.
Did not work for me
I don't want to leave a bad review as I have received the order on time and no issues there. Unfortunately I had a really bad GI issue with this supplement. I do react to some of the oral supplements in the same manner, got bitterness in my mouth, head aches and bad indigestion. It makes me feel weak and sleepy. If there was an injection option, I'd try that as I can not properly digest the caplets.

Qualia Creatine+ Review (2 Weeks In)
I’ve been using Qualia Creatine+ for about two weeks now, adding a scoop to my water each morning. So far, I haven’t noticed any major changes yet—but I also know creatine can take some time to build up and show effects, so I’m staying consistent with it. What I can say is that the product itself is really easy to take. It dissolves well in water, doesn’t have much of a taste (definitely not unpleasant), and fits seamlessly into my morning routine. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it can settle a bit if it sits, so it’s best to mix and drink it right away. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience so far. I’m curious to see how I feel after a few more weeks of consistent use.
Does clear brain fog - to my surprise
Very expensive but, though I was skeptical, this product cleared my brain fog and helped me feel more alert and together. Repeated as an experiment multiple months - always with good results.

Overkill on the packaging. But good product so far.
It’s kinda pricey but I wanted to try. The package is 3x the size of the bottle magnetic closure is overkill and a waist of material and money.
Updating Previous Review from 1 Star to 4
I'd like to update my previous review however I don't see a way to do this so I'm writing this follow up. Within 24 hours of submitting my initial review (1 star titled "GI Issues + Subscription Surprises Made This a No), I heard back from customer service and received confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled and that a refund was on its way. I also noticed their thoughtful response to my review. While the product itself wasn't a match for my body — something I understand is beyond their control — I appreciated their prompt and professional response to my feedback. Customer service goes a long way for me so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4.
First experience with Qualia creatine
I appreciate how easily creatine+ mixes with water and has very little taste. I am to the end of my first container, and have not noticed any changes yet. I have been a regular user of another brand of creatine so maybe that has something to do with this?
Good Product
I think its a really good product. Unfortunately I've had to cancel because of the caffeine. Will hope for a caffeine free version at some point if that's possible.
