my incidences of forgetfulness are less. there are very brain helping nutrients in each capsule.

I have had it only once (first dose). Too early to say its effects. But the ingredients are very good and bioavaible. I trust it. I will be continuing Qualia senolytic.

I have been taking Magnesium for almost a month now and feel great. Sleep is consistent and I fee good throughout the day!
Creatine Product
So far I like the results of Qualia’s creatine powder. Dissolves easy with a slight taste that was hard to get used to as I had been using a creatine that has a berry flavor. But otherwise happy with this product.
First impressions...
First dose less than an hr ago so jury is out on that front. The ingredient list is almost everything I am looking for. (wanted more Ginko 300mg, Bacopa Monnieri 300-400mg). The price is certainly up there too, and it's not hard to see there too. The packaging, as impressive as it is, will just be going in the trash and I would rather have the savings from something more practical, maybe a simpler box with a nice insert.

Too early to say how this benefits my body long term, but I did have a good sleep the first night taking one capsule.

I felt calmer, had more energy, and food satiation were better the first two days I took the product. I did not notice a positive difference on days 3 or 4.
Gentle easy detox and overall feeling of vitality.
The product gave me an overall good feeling and provided a gentle detox without feeling draining or tiring. Easy to incorporate into my regimen.
Improved my energy and motivation
The days taking this product do require some planning because you need to take some day/night with meals and also on an empty stomach. There are also a lot of pills to take corresponding to that timing. I think the first day taking this, I felt tired but after my second round I have noticed an improvement in my ability to just get up and go. That's one of my major issues in the winter where I want to go to the gym or I want to eat a certain way but I just don't feel the energy. I feel a huge improvement in that realm after the second round and that addressed one of my main issues
Nothing but positive things to say. It worked beyond my expectations. I will definitely use this product again, and again!
I know the products worked well. When taking the products I noticed some detox effects. Gas, bowel movements, runny nose frequent urination that seemed to have stronger odor and color.During the days taking product and day after there was slight fatigue and light sore throat. So I know it was working. I noticed improvement with clarity, calmness, less aches and I felt like I had more range of movement without the usual aches and pains. I definitely have seen improvement in mental clarity and noticed I could stay calmer when dealing with stress. I had improved energy and motivation. After the 2 round, my energy has been through the roof! My motivation is great! I am having a hard time sitting still. Even chores I have been putting off are getting done. Better mental clarity. I noticed in the 2 week gap my energy was good but when it got close to the 2nd round energy faded slightly but after 2nd round awesome! I had a three-year battle with lyme and bartonella. I have been in remission since May of this year. So I know I have a lot of clean up needed in my body. I try to eat clean, no processed foods, try to stay active, sauna blanket Epsom baths, Qualia Senolytics. These helped and I was seeing gradual improvements, but t his product has helped immensely! It seems to have help speed up and support my body to detox a much higher rate. I seriously feel like my old self again. Biggest improvements noticed were energy and motivation, clarity, calmness, less aches more range of motion without aches.
Definitely would use for a little reset!
Very impressed with how I felt, other than some slight grumbles in mu tummy, my digestion seemed to really get to work when I took this product. Perhaps a bit much to share, but each if the 2 days I took this product, I had the healthiest bowel movements.
I Did Not Notice an Effect
I did not notice any effects, good or bad, from taking this product.

There are a lot of pills to take, but manageable if it is once or twice a month. I didn’t notice much of a difference besides having more energy. Both times the morning pill made me sick the second day. Maybe the toxins were leaving my body.

Did I receive a placebo?
I really wondered if I received a placebo because other than getting slightly sick after the initial two days (which could have been a coincidence), I didn't notice a whole lot. There was one day, in the afternoon, where I did feel more alert, but since I really only noticed that once, that could have also been a coincidence.
Good, not great.
My experience was good, not great. I experienced slightly better sleep. I felt like the benefits were somewhat mild, however, I do feel like consistent use can be effective.

I haven't been taking long enough to get a good feel for how they work, but hoping for good results!

I feel more mentally aware and generally more energetic in just days. Looking forward to more results in the future.
