Life-changing transformation since taking Qualia
I started taking Qualia about 3 weeks ago. I will admit that I was expecting some changes in my own physiology with all of the testimonials and research that I had done on the supplement. But I was not prepared for the extreme levels of change that I have experienced, as follows: 1) Weight loss: I have lost 8 lbs. in 3 weeks. 2) Sleep: I am sleeping through the night. I am dreaming again! 3) Short-term memory improvement: I am now remembering those things a few hours later that I told myself I needed to remember (and prior to taking Qualia I would most certainly not remember unless I wrote them down). Brain fog has disappeared. 4) Increased sitting power: I can sit at my desk and remain alert and focused on the task at hand for hours instead of minutes. 5) Ability to see it through: I have the ability to stick with a problem and solve it now rather than putting it aside for a later time. 6) Overall outlook: My overall outlook on life has improved. I have always been optimistic in life, but now this optimism comes more naturally, not self-generated. 7) Increased libido: Enough said. I highly recommend Qualia. Having been into the reginem for only 3 weeks, I can only imagine that the results will only get better, the more the nutrients get worked into my system.
This is what it feels like to be me!
I've always had this sense that "I'm not as smart as I'm supposed to be," and that I'm not as dynamic and energetic as I am in my head. This has lead me on a long journey of trying different healing modalities, diets, and supplements. Many help, but nothing like this. Sustained, calm, and focused. This is the me I always knew I was but couldn't show. I like that there is caffeine, but there is no crash, and no damage to my digestive system. It's only been over a month, so I can't say long term how this will work out, but my hopes are up.

Great supplement
I think Qualia is well worth the money. It's hard to comment on it but a few things I think I noticed are increased focus, empathy, and creativity. I feel better overall mentally and emotionally. Have been cycling on it every since I got it a few months ago
Staying focused longer
I have been able to tell a change in my ability to stay focused throughout the day. I think it is most apparent in the afternoons and late in the day, since I no longer have a loss of concentration and focus.
The diggity dankest I ever had
Qualia is on a completely different level. Like when goku obtained super saiyan 4 for the first time. Qualia is the bee's knees, his legs, and his arms. Get hip.

Loving Qualia!
I've been using Qualia for about 5 months now, and I've really noticed that it improves my focus, memory, and big-picture thinking. It contains most of the supplements I was already taking, so it also simplifies how many pills I have to order and consume per day. I'm very satisfied with Qualia and have gotten a couple of friends to start taking it as well.

I only take 2 Phase 1 and 4 Phase 2 but I feel very aware and awake. Sometimes I feel a bit too awake-I had a hard time adjusting during the first week-but I've gotten used to it and can't imagine doing school without it now. My concentration is incredible. I wake up at 6-6:30 and take it immediately and don't need a break for anything until I look down at my clock around 5pm and realize I should probably take some time to unwind. I did not expect to feel anything from this but I'm very pleasantly surprised.

Pills too big
The 2nd bottle of pills are way too big for me to swallow and I bet you'll find others who have this difficulty.

Updating Previous Review from 1 Star to 4
I'd like to update my previous review however I don't see a way to do this so I'm writing this follow up. Within 24 hours of submitting my initial review (1 star titled "GI Issues + Subscription Surprises Made This a No), I heard back from customer service and received confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled and that a refund was on its way. I also noticed their thoughtful response to my review. While the product itself wasn't a match for my body — something I understand is beyond their control — I appreciated their prompt and professional response to my feedback. Customer service goes a long way for me so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4.
First experience with Qualia creatine
I appreciate how easily creatine+ mixes with water and has very little taste. I am to the end of my first container, and have not noticed any changes yet. I have been a regular user of another brand of creatine so maybe that has something to do with this?
Good Product
I think its a really good product. Unfortunately I've had to cancel because of the caffeine. Will hope for a caffeine free version at some point if that's possible.
