Feel stronger than I was in my 30s
I am a 54-year old male here. I have been taking Senyolytics for 5 months now and won't stop. Besides this supplement, I try to eat clean (with cheating days of course :-)), fast in the morning, and exercise everyday. I can't say definitively that Senolytics has made me feel as young as I feel but I do think it is part of the equation to keep me as active as I am. I strength train 3 days a week, doing heavier weight then I did in my 30s, and I walk/run on the other days at least 5 miles a day. I have endless energy during the day and because I am so active usually get pretty good sleep. It's a great feeling and glad that Qualia is helping me stay healthier at a cellular level.
