Calming the Circadian

Dramatic HRV improvement
I've only been taking for a couple of weeks, but on nights I take it I see a DRAMATIC improvement in HRV score the next morning on my WHOOP band. I'm talking 25% higher than I've ever had before. I can't say I'm feeling subjectively different yet, but we shall see over time!

The title of this review is a joke for the older crowd. :) But what it means is that my husband will take the healthy stuff I give him and say “yeah I feel something”. But with this product we both feel tired at the time we are supposed to go to bed (as opposed to 2am when we LIKE to go to bed but know we are being rebellious against our health). And we both feel more rested throughout the day. I’m a Health Coach and when people ask me what is the most important thing they need to know to be healthy, they assume I’ll say eat more kale! Exercise! Eat lean protein! But I say the two most important aspects of health is water (hydration) and SLEEP! Because if you’re not sleeping and allowing your brain and body to heal, all the Jake and dumbbells in the world can’t save you. This product, thankfully, works. I only use Qualia products as they’re research and clean production are meticulous. Much gratitude Qualia.

I work long hours and have a difficult time turning off my mind before bed. I know limited sleep is not healthy so when I saw the ingredients in this product I was excited immediately knowing how effective they would be both in helping me sleep and in helping me proactively care for my brain while I sleep which is KEY! I knew it would be awesome, but this surpassed my expectations. Two capsules and my sleep was the best it had been in months. Bonus, I woke up before my alarm clock with clarity. It’s a dream come true!

I've been neurohacking for a few years, mostly buying bulk powders and making my own. But it was becoming time consuming, so I was hoping to find an alternative. I'd heard good stuff about their prior version and it showed up on my radar again at the right time. I've been using it for almost a month and see a definite improvement on a daily basis. I at the end of a cold when I started taking night and it was just what I needed for supporting rest and waking up alert, ready to be productive again after a few days of being down. I'm usually a little groggy when I get up, with night my mind was clear from the get-go, my meditations were more alert. I didn't have that usual feeling of needing more rest. My mind is much clearer than normal. I felt like I was more in control of my dreams. I loved the product, I will be buying it and using it before big days when I know I need to be on and mentally extra sharp.

The slow, sustained onset of relaxation is unlike any other sleep aide I tried. I work a few nights a week as an overnight caregiver and have to wake up, tend to my client, and try to get back to sleep. I'm doing much better at this since I started using Qualia Sleep about 2 weeks ago.
