Sleep
It didn't appeared to make a change in my sleep right away but after a few weeks I noticed that I fall asleep easier and wake up in the morning before alarm feeling ready to start my workday.
You don't know until you know
I live a very active lifestyle as I teach dance for 6+ hours several times a week on top of the training I do outside of my teaching. For years I've struggled with having the mental capacity to handle any responsibilities outside of work and I can honestly say Qualia mind has given me the extra energy & focus I need. On top of that I feel like my negative mind always has a hold on my mood and after taking this I have the awareness to identify those moments and move past them. I'll take them as for as long as they work!

I don't even need to take 7 I usually take from 3-5 & they work fine also when it's time to sleep they don't keep you up.

I get it now
The first two weeks, I did not feel as if it was working, or if it was just another product that was over priced and under delivered. Then one night during the end of a late night volleyball game, I was still sharp, attentive and full of vigor. On my way home, I realized this was working slowly and subtly. My days required less and less caffeine, I was able to concentrate on tasks that required deeper focus and clarity without as many breaks. My words were flowing easily, as before I had a tendency to stumble over words or forget them completely. The only thing I had changed in my life was Qualia. I absolutely attribute my increased focus, creativity and ease and flow of information and attention to this product. Well worth the 7 pills at a time :)

I started taking Night 60 days ago...5 days on 2 days off. My REM and Deep Sleep has improved by over 70%. Excellent product! No drowsiness!
1st time taking Qualia Night
5 days on 2 days off. 1st night I was restless more than if I was not taking it. Nights 2-5 are totally different. Peaceful sleep so much so I wake up with a dead arm on occasion as I am a side sleeper. My wife found the most benefit. She is a terrible sleeper waking many times in the night. To hot or unable to switch of her mind. However we have both found this product to be really good at giving a more relaxed and less restless sleep pattern. Often not waking at all during the night. Well done Qualia this is a good product. We are also taking Qualia mind too combined with a couple of shots of Matcha Tea for a super laser focused day.

The sole reason I gave Qualia- Mind Essentials a chance was because Daniel Schmachtenberger was involved. I've never consumed any dietary supplements other that creatine back when I worked out. It should be noted that at the same time as starting Qualia mind I also improved my diet. However, I simply don't procrastinate anymore. I also seem to have greater endurance and focus even on extremely long days. It's pretty mind blowing really. I've been taking Qualia for nearly three weeks as directed. I'll be spamming some friends with some free samples in the post.

Best sleep i ever had.
These pills are not soporific. I take them around 7 and go to bed at 11. But when i put my head on the pillow, i feel relax. I sleep deep.... I dream a lot and do a lot of dreams. I can wake up in the middle of the night, go to bathroom and when i come back to bed i fall asleep quick. I never had peacefull nights as i have now. I don't know if i can live without it now ... So yes worth the try and the price.
Big time results!
I have never taken any product that delivers like this one does! Clean energy without the jitters. I can think and react to decisions quicker. Helps with getting those of us who are a bit too calm up and running. This is a must try! Try it for a month and feel the difference for yourself.

Clear mind
At first I felt like there was no effect due to feeling no effects..so I was open minded about it..and a few days later I felt like everything was put right into place..and I had this overwhelming feeling that everything was in it's right place and I had full control.it basically felt like I can pull knowledge out of my mind and invest it into the outside work and have control.

Following the directions...5 days on (Monday-Friday) and 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday). I am 56 and work in an intense workplace. I MORE than keep up with the younger employees!

As a Health Coach, I’m always making my husband try different things for his (our) health. He usually yes, “yeah I guess it’s working?” But with this product he said that he actually wants to fall asleep earlier (but not in a tired/dopey way. More so his body telling him it’s time), he sleeps better and wakes up naturally. It’s the first time in a while he felt certain about a product. This made me happy because we are not financially well off but Qualia products are worth the money as their testing, ingredients and labs (from what I read and can assess from my own knowledge about health) are top notch and I trust them.
