Felt a difference almost immediately
I was taking the wrong type of magnesium before I found this product and once I made the switch I felt the difference almost immediately. Less brain fog, more energy, better sleep and so much more!
Quality Magnesium
I have always known the benefits of magnesium for many years. I have used magnesium oil on my skin but I believe that magnesium should be supplemented in two ways since our bodies constantly deplete it due to all the functions that use it up. I actually purchased the Senolytics and combined in with the Magnesium. I took the two doses of the Senolytics last weekend along with the suggested two capsules of the Magnesium per day. I have been having issues with inflammation in my hands due to arthritis. Within two days - my hands weren't swollen anymore nor has the inflammation came back. I would say these products are of high quality and it works. I am looking forward to seeing the effects after continued use.

Wish is was less expensive, nearing 80 on fixed income maybe this will make me feel young enough to get a job

I have been looking for a magnesium that addresses all areas of need - brain, bone, gut, etc. - all in one! Finally found it.

I am switching over to Qualia from another supplement company I had been using for a considerable time. While the other company I used made good products after giving one of Qualia’s products a test drive, I found them to be next level good. The noticeable difference was enough to start to transition over to other products they carry.

Waiting to see more results
I tried this before a marathon type endurance race. I finished in the allotted time and my recovery seems more rapid than in previous races. I am curious to watch for confirmation of this and other increasing benefits with time.
Excited to start taking NAD+
I just started taking it so I'll have to come back and do another review. So far I have been sleeping better and I don't feel super tired in the afternoon.
