I Only Wish I knew About This Product Sooner
I thought of writing a review during the first week but waited a bit longer to truly give a real account of my experience to help others like myself, on the verge of collapse due to lack of sleep. Going into week two (had two nights off as directions suggest) and I feel renewed. It didn’t work so well for my husband and I can’t help but wonder if that’s because he doesn’t have the same lifestyle habits as I do. I’ve been doing the Bulletproof coffee for about three weeks now, I gave up alcohol, I’ve been working on my breathing and eating really well. This product rescued me from an extremely tumultuous year of unrest and severe stress. I thank the creators and highly recommend to anyone who is suffering from lack of sleep. I can think so much better now, no brain fog, I’m not clouded. I feel truly alive and happy.

Life changing supplement
I do not sleep well through the night. I usually wake up several times in the night and struggle to fall back to sleep. I am then exhausted and struggle through the following day. After about 2 weeks of taking this supplement, I realized that my sleep had entirely changed. If I wake up in the night now (eg- to use the restroom), I'm able to fall back to sleep immediately. And the sleep I have is deep and restorative. I genuinely recommend this to anyone who struggles with sleep. (*Note- I didn't realize this at first, but this supplement doesn't help you to FALL asleep, but it helps you stay asleep and get a better sleep).

Increased Color Contrast!
I was really impressed to notice a difference in my vision after the first 1-2 weeks of use. Colors seem to pop a little more than they did before. The leaves on the trees look extra green and over all Ive noticed an uptick in contrast between colors. Im really happy with this product! No negative side effects :)

Enjoying the experience
Just finishing my first full week using Qualia Mind and while I expect to have a more definitive opinion in a month or two so far this has been an enjoyable experience. I'm experiencing a noticeable boost in memory and alertness, especially in the afternoon for the latter. It seems to be an excellent product.
Best nootropic ever

Power through them study days
Its been years since I had to study for hours on end, consecutively. I just graduated from residency and have my boards coming up so that I can receive my full medical license and find myself at the age of 31, having to dig deep and find the will to put in the types of hours I used to in medical school. On a whim, I found myself one day diving into the world of nootropics and once search after the next led me to Qualia. Gave it a shot and boy am I thrilled.
