Qualia Mind is a game changer
As a fourth year medical student in the Army I have had a busy schedule for years. This product has kept my mind ready to perform and conquer any and all tasks that it has had before it. I first heard about it from Mark Divine on his Unbeatable Mind podcast years ago. I have been taking it for years and it is the best supplement that I take for mental and physical toughness, endurance, and grit. Qualia Night
I think this product helps. I tracked my sleep with and without it, seems like I spend about ~10% longer in deep sleep than without it. I don't take it like melatonin (right before bed), more like a dinner vitamin.

Healed my knee
Into 2 month of taking the supplements, my knee which has been damaged from running and in pain for 2 years started to heal and into my 3rd month of Qualia Mind, I can feel it's at about 90% restored! I'm a designer and a software engineer, I originally ordered Qualia to optimize my brain, I can't quite feel the difference from the 2 months yet, however it's doing wonders to repair my body, even my skin feels softer.
