Worth it
It's so nice to have (almost) all-in-one supplement options that are high quality and in the right proportions. I've read some complaints about the # of pills per serving, but since it condenses 15-20 other pills into 7 or 8, it's still better. Fewer pills and fewer bottles to deal with every morning.
Turnkey solution to vitamins
Expensive, but you get what you pay for. I definitely feel an improvement in my sleep and general well-being while taking these.

Some people told me to stop taking these supplements because it was questionable so I listened and didn't even realize why I felt so groggy and slow and everything was 10 times harder when I stopped, I am 100 percent getting back on these supplements, I don't usually do reviews but Its been like Night and Day, Cold and Heat, Summer and Winter. An actual sleep supplement that you can feel
I am a self professed "bio-hacker" and have tried quite a range of products in the nootropic field. I am happy to report that Qualia Sleep is, by far, the best and most noticeably effective Sleep formula I have ever tried. Qualia Sleep is not a sleep aid, but rather, does its magic to the brain while you are sleeping. When you wake up, you feel refreshed, and well rested, like you woke up in the middle of a vacation.
