Big pills big results
I am taking mind, life and vision. I am taking half the dose of the mind and life only because I need a full glass of water per pill. The vision is easier to take and so needed in a world where cell phones are harmful to our eyes. If on the fence I recommend vision and life to start.

Works for me
I would say it does what it intends to do roughly 80% of the days I take it. Sometimes, I feel a jolt similar to the way I feel after I drink caffeine for the first time in a long time. It isn't every day, but it definitely helps more times than not. I have tried a couple other nootropics, but this is my favorite so far. Definitely not cheap, but if it is something you can afford, I definitely think it is worth checking out.

Wow
Too busy accomplishing everything I want to do to write a lengthy review, but this supplement has changed how I approach being busy and improved how I use my time. Highly recommended to anyone with a lot of things to do everyday who can afford it.
Not a Placebo
While I couldn’t tell a difference after the first week or two, that changed shortly thereafter. I feel extremely focused and motivated for longer than average after a few weeks. I thought this may be just a mental game I was playing with myself, but I do believe this stuff works.

Seems to work!
I only take 4 caps a couple of times a week, but I feel like those days I am focused and productive. I don't realize it at the time, but after reflecting on those particular days, I'm happy with my productivity.
Difference in motivation
I've noticed that when I take Qualia mind consistency I feel more motivated and focused. It feels like more of a build up then a sudden change . I heavily suffer from procrastinating and lack of focus and Qualia helps with this. I've been on it for about 3 months and looking to see how I feel at the 6 month mark !
Qualia night helps my dreaming
Qualia Night seems to help my dreaming. I noticed it helped dreaming when I took it. I am currently taking a week break from it and I am having less dreams.

I Am Back
I began taking this supplement when it was first suggested by Ben Greenfield over 2 years ago. Recognizable clarity of mind
This is my second time taking Qualia - Mind. I put a real focus on recognizing the difference between before and after. The first time I tried it, I took it whenever I remembered throughout the day. Now, I take five capsules with water (started with 4 for one week) first thing in the morning. I wouldn't drink coffee or eat anything for at least 30 minutes. Immediately my mind and focus became recognizably different than without Qualia - Mind. The product works and is making a difference.
Does the body reaaal good
I am currently going into my 3rd month of taking Qualia Life. I am 29 years old and look like I'm 20 so I didn't necessarily purchase it for it's anti-aging qualities, however, that is definitely a pleasant side effect. I purchased it due to the lack of energy and motivation I have to exercise. I began going to the gym and lifting weights immediately after starting to take Qualia Life and I gained strength extremely quickly. I also was able to pack on about 10 lbs of muscle. Another added benefit was motivation to get things done in my business. I now go into things without any expectation or prior training/ education and I somehow come out successful. I am extremely grateful for the confidence boost, reduction of anxiety and just feeling overall great in my body.
