If taken about 2-3 hours prior to sleeping, I have a noticeably deeper sleep. I think it's effects are better when you have a full 7 hrs+ of rest.

Truly one of the best focus supplements I've used. I love Nootropics and have sense that seperatetly they work well but this proves all the ingredients that are stacked together really get you focused. I like that I can control the caffeine intake with the caffeine free version since I prefer to drink some. I feel wired, after taking this, no brain fog, memory improved, and also speech pattern and the ability to construct sentences verbally, You can definitely think clearly and your overall performance is optimized. As an ambitious career professional, this helps me perform in work and in life.

I’ve been using Qualia Mind (caffeine free version) for a month. This is the first nootropic that has impressed me. Within less than an hour of my morning dose, I experience enhanced alertness and lucidity, along with greater verbal fluency and ability to focus. I absolutely love Qualia Mind. I tried Alpha Brain at the beginning of my Nootropic journey. After a months supply and not notice a whole lot, I decided to switch to what seemed to be the most popular Nootropic supplement on the market. I have now been using it for 2 months and the results and nearly unbelievable. I have better day to day drive, memory, and clarity. Testing Waters
Previously, I've used the nootropic Mind Lab Pro and I was impressed with the results to say the least. I've heard many great reviews for Qualia Mind, some of which say this is superior to all the nootropics currently out there. I don't doubt that Qualia Mind is at the top of the game, the quality of the product is reflected in the price point. Additionally, lots of careful research has been done on the ingredients included to ensure effectiveness. With that said I will be back with another review to follow up on my experience with this product after a couple of months and compare it to its competitors.
