I’ll be honest, I have no way to quantify if this is having an affect. However, everything that I have used from Qualia so far has contributed noticeably to me showing up as the best version of myself. If only I could afford to maintain your products as a habit.
Additional stress blocker
Started taking Resilience on a day i was already expecting to be stressful with work/other things. Fairly quickly i noticed calmness/ability to push through real easily. Currently taking qualia mind also and this just adds a little more support... almost supporting through stressful anxious situations. It supplements mind well with almost a CBD affect however CBD gives me minor drowsiness after a while and i didnt feel it with this.
Focused, centered, calm...resilient.
A very welcome and worthwhile addition to my supplement routine. This formula's effects were immediately noticeable and quite impressive. I felt calm, centered, and...resilient (it's an apt name). The stress in my life all felt manageable, and I was able to keep things in perspective and respond instead of reacting. And while the tangible effects were quite calming, it was a focused calm without drowsiness or sedation -- I was able to stay sharp and keep my wits about me during difficult situations.

This product absolutely helped me feel calmer when dealing with stress. Things that would normally trigger stress seem to kinda roll/bounce off of me.

Under chronic stress it can be challenging to maintain focus during un-anticipated and acute changes in routine, maintain an optimistic attitude, and to accommodate what comes in from moment to moment. This product allowed me to remain calm but clear and adapt productively to some pretty overwhelming ambient stressors in the past month. I was able to make clearheaded and productive decisions much more easily very soon after starting the product.

Noticeable improvement
I'm sold on these products. I started with trying the focus I absolutely noticed more energy - my eyes have dry eye issue and strain from hours on the PC DURING the day etc. I have had issues recently so I decided to try the vision product. I'm noticing more comfort with vision and my symptoms have not gone away completely but marked improvement. I think their is no price for health. Quality products.
