When you first placed your order, you selected our Subscribe & Save option, which provides a large discount on the first order and then renews automatically every 4 weeks at the subscription price. This is noted during checkout and in the confirmation emails we send after each order. For Qualia Mind, the ongoing subscription price is $139 per bottle, plus applicable taxes and shipping. The $312 charge on your order reflects two bottles plus tax and shipping, not a single bottle. That said, we never want a customer to feel “tricked” or unsupported. If you still have unopened bottles from your recent order, we’d be happy to provide you with a prepaid return label so you can send them back for a full refund (within the 100 day guarantee). We’ve also made sure your subscription is canceled so you won’t see any further charges.
