Subtle
I have better, more restful sleeps. It's subtle and slow to take action, but I do think my quality of life and overall energy have increased -- it took about 3 weeks.

Eternus Review - 1st Bottle
I'm on my first bottle, and the effects are subtle, but certainly noticeable. I have been getting better sleep generally according to my Oura ring, and I have noticed more motivation and energy during my workouts. I'm going to continue using Eternus as recommended to realize more of the long-term...
