I'm still finding how to best use this for me, as far as when how much and I also do Bulletproof coffee/fasting Etc. The bottom line is out of all the other products I've tried, so far this one has worked. spr.

This product truly delivers! I’ve tried many different supplements over the years and this is one that gets my repeat business even though it is more costly than most. It works!

Good product, all around
I gave it 4 stars bc the initial start was a little unpleasant: headache, stomach discomfort. Then I realized I needed to drink more water AND more coffee! Mentally, it lifts the proverbial fog and keeps one on point with a veritable calm throughout the day.

Early days, lower dose but already feeling the difference
I'm on day four taking Qualia and I'm only taking 1 cap in step one and 2 caps in step two - but already feeling so much better, productive, less overwhelmed, everything seems possible. My mind stopped racing from task to task. I feel like I slowed down, yet I achieve priorities so much quicker. ...
