I’m so disappointed in this product. It was expensive to start with. It upset my stomach so badly I almost had to throw up, and I only took 2, not the recommended dose of 4. I would not recommend this product

I was skeptical but no more.
A few months ago, I figured why not give it a try. Now 4 orders later, I am still taking the pills. I don't know if it's a placebo effect, or if they really are good, but it helps me fall asleep and to me that is a win!

I have been using this product for three weeks. I always have trouble falling asleep but after using this product, I have trouble only occasionally. I think for me it’s important to take it early, at least four or five hours before bedtime. I also find that 2 capsules work so I vary the dose fr...
