First two days my focus was sharp. Felt good all day. Recently, I haven’t had the same feeling but it’s most likely due to lack of sleep (our five year old has been waking up in the middle of the night all the sudden!). Still, I’ve liked the product so far!

I can feel a difference when taking the product. I tend to take a lower dose of 3 caps rather than 5. Honestly I love it, I feel SO focused and productive. I know what I want to get done, within the time frame I want to do it in, and I've been able to stay focused and execute. I also am very focused socially and conversationally. I also have more motivation and energy to do all these things.
