Less potent, a bit calmer than Mind
It seems a bit less potent than Mind, but also I feel less on edge.

Hormone balance is huge for me!
I believe it may be my saving grace for my peri menopause I am experiencing. I feel great and my ministration has improved since taking it.

Balanced energy
I felt like my energy levels were balanced throughout the day. I was alert but never jittery. I was able to focus for longer periods of time and felt more productive. I had no difficulty falling asleep on the days I took this product.
