It works pretty well
This helped my focus, motivation, alertness, and energy without causing jitters or any other side effects that I noticed.

Pretty good actually
Havnt tried anything like this before and I did notice a positive effect in focus and mental energy. Don't take it everyday so I canceled my subscription buy I will reorder when I need more. Surprisingly did notice an a big difference.

Sustainable focus and energy all day
Good energy through out the day without the afternoon crash. I find a have better focus at work and can more easily follow through and complete what needs to be done.
