It seemed to help a little
It seemed to help a little. I did not notice it completely, but maybe the dose is not enough for me due to usually having a high tolerance to medications.

Final review
Increased focus with a quiet mind, increased a kind of smooth energy with out any jittery overstimulation.

Good product
Overall I think it’s a good product, but if you’re sensitive to caffeine it might not be suited for you. I somehow missed caffeine, and definitely got the jitters.
