Minimal changes
While I used the product for all 12 weeks, the difference I noticed was minimal. I did not notice any major differences in skin tone. The texture was generally smoother. Couldn’t get past the smell
Hard to tell if it made any visible difference in my skin. Had a bit of a fishy smell/taste.

A Great Product!
This product definitely helped with the appearance and texture of my skin. My skin felt more hydrated and healthy. After three months I started to notice a decrease in fine lines that hopefully will continue with further use.

Wow
I was drawn to the ingredients used for the skin formula but I am staying for the results. My hair and nails are showing an improvement already
