Good clean energy and def a focus booster ππΎππΎ The focus effect does last all day which was def a nice plus I primarily use it during my fast because food intake seems to dampen the effect Even tho the recommendation is to take two pills with food

Improved clarity
Perhaps a mild improvement in alertness and clarity. My main symptom are trouble with word finding and memory and it was not helpful for those, and caused me to feel a little jittery.
