Good clean energy and def a focus booster ๐๐พ๐๐พ The focus effect does last all day which was def a nice plus I primarily use it during my fast because food intake seems to dampen the effect Even tho the recommendation is to take two pills with food

Itโs hard to tell
I canโt really say after just 10 days that i was able to completely take advantage of this. Iโm not sure if it requires some time to start actually working but as i tried it out, i did feel more naturally energized without needing coffee to complete tasks after the first week

Qualia Focus
This product gives me a slight focus during the day. It's easier to concentrate on one thing until it is completed. Its very subtle but every now and then I can feel a little jolt of the effects.
