Although I didn't feel any surge of energy, I did feel that my thinking was clearer and I felt a bit calmer when dealing with the everyday stressors. My workouts did seem a bit better and for whatever reason, I had less food cravings as well.

What I really like is that Qualia Life replaces the need for me to having several bottles of supplements. I wasn't expecting Life to compliment Mind the way it does, not only am I focused longer but my mood is consistent and feeling energetic throughout the day. Excited to see what else Qualia has to offer!
