Excellent Product.
Didn't feel anything for the first day. The first week, I didn't feel tired and lasted several hours. I also stacked it with Qualia Focus and I feel alive in the morning. I do this after waking up. They say the first hour of the morning or waking life is important.

Good, but gave me a stomach ache on most days
This is an excellent product from a company that really cares about health, but be very careful with your dosage and taking it with food. If I didn't take this with a proper meal, it would mess me up and give me bad dizziness. I am doing fasting in the mornings and very small amounts of calories ...

Hormone balance is huge for me!
