I'm fairly cynical about vitamins from experience. I was a couple of weeks into the months supply and I realised that I was more relaxed and more energetic than usual. It's difficult to pin it down, but I'll keep on with it. I would not recommend the capsules, as I found them difficult to take. The drink mix is much better for me.
Good product
I tried it for the 5 days and then took a break for 2. Overall, I didn't notice a huge difference but it was only a week.
Believe it makes me more young and vibrant
Ive taking Life for a few years now. I turned 70 a few months ago and have been very active most of my adult life. This supplement I believe has helped me in my goal to stay active into y 90"s
